Apparently, I have never had a blood orange. I’ve been missing out on rainbows in my fruit all this time?! Sad. I will have to get some now. Thanks, lovely! :)
YOU ARE NOT A NUMBER
So please, stop determining your health and fitness level that way. Stop letting a number tell you that you are in shape or not. Otherwise, you may never be satisfied. I mean, for females especially, when did numbers ever help our love for our body image? Bra size, weight, BMI, pants size, waistline…screw numbers!
Bra size- 34/36/38/40/46 ABCDEFG…come on. Work with what you’ve got and you just might discover that it works for you!
Weight- two females of the same height can totally weigh differently and still be in shape. Muscles, bones, adipose tissue (fat)…they are all part of weight.
BMI- based on formulas…enough said.
Pants size- if they look good on you, what does it matter??? Strut yo’ stuff.
Waistline- what’s a good waistline measurement, anyway? Every female body is different and one number would not apply to all.
Basically, what I’m saying is, you don’t need numbers to tell yourself that you’re healthy and fit. Listening to your body is key. You will definitely know if your body is feeling healthy and not so healthy. Eat junk food all the time, and you will “feel” heavy, and you will feel sluggish. Eat right, and well, you will feel right.
Listen to your body…it will tell you exactly what it needs; and what your body needs is what will keep you healthy and fit. Your body is YOUR body, and your body is a beautiful temple.

Too lazy to do laundry. I am seriously considering reusing yoga clothes because I’m THAT lazy right now. I mean, no one would even know unless I like…come to adjust. Yeah, you’re right. Off to do laundry now D;
I feel sexiest after yoga. Okay, even before…alright! During, too! Yoga just makes me feel sexy all the time. UNF.
