One of the best things about yoga (if not THE best), is that after each practice, you really do grow and you really do transcend into a higher self. You become enlightened by your own abilities and the miracles of your amazing body. You learn, you discover a lot about yourself, and you gain a great deal of humility. When all of this radiates from ourselves, we put peace into our lives and into the lives of those around us.
“RGB is a work about the exploration of the “surface’s deepness”. RGB designs create surfaces that mutate and interact with different chromatic stimulus. RGB’s technique consists in the overlapping of three different images, each one in a primary color. The resulting images from this three level’s superimposition are unexpected and disorienting. The colors mix up, the lines and shapes entwine becoming oneiric and not completely clear. Through a colored filter (a light or a transparent material) it is possible to see clearly the layers in which the image is composed. The filter’s colors are red, green and blue, each one of them serves to reveal one of the three layers.”
This is Tony Nicklinson. For the past seven years he’s lived in a state of complete paralysis after suffering a stroke. Nicklinson is in the midst of a court battle for the right to end his own life — he’s called his post-accident existence “dull, miserable, demeaning, undignified and intolerable” — but on June 13, the Brit did something uniquely remarkable: he made his debut on Twitter using only his eyes.

I’ll never ever complain about anything ever again.
My practice reminds me that love, appreciation, and respect for myself, is vital for all aspects of growth in my mind, body, heart, and soul.
KEEP CALM AND KEEP DOING YOU
It’s perfectly okay and perfectly beautiful to use others as inspiration. Like I’ve said before, we feed off of each other whether we realize it or not. Our feelings, our energy, our thoughts, can be so contagious! It’s no wonder that all yogis follow each other on here, and runners, and those that promote health and well-being; but with all this great motivation and inspiration radiating from blog to blog, from picture to picture, always remember to be you. You cannot be more beautiful than staying true to yourself and loving yourself. Embrace YOU! You’re the only you there is and ever will be! Never mind wanting to look like her, or trying to look like him. Just be you. There is nothing wrong with you. Let’s just make you the best you can be, and your best is always growing. There is always movement even when you don’t think so.
Brush the dirt off your shoulders and do you, because if you don’t, the universe is one less a source of amazingness. Do you, anyway, even when you don’t feel amazing. I promise you, there is always somebody quietly using you as a source of inspiration :)
This lady is so cool. She is 93 and still teaches yoga. She emulates awesomeness.
